The Parks

The Parks is an outstanding three building property sitting at the back of the future downtown Edmonton Park, which will provide ample green space to the core of the city. These three buildings, which will be 35, 11, and 45 storeys tall, will add over 900,000 square feet of residential rental property to Edmonton’s centre.

This large rental community, which will be completed in summer 2023, will include over 1,000 apartments and 600 parking stalls. The residents of these buildings will not only have direct access to all of the amenities in the downtown core, but also will be steps away from communal gardens, playgrounds, a library, grocery stores and the LRT station. The property is also very close to the Government District, Financial District, and Rogers Place.

Probus Project Management is leading the design, construction procurement selection, and financing proforma development for The Parks. They also led all zoning approvals and have successfully rezoned the site with the City of Edmonton. 

Probus is a shareholder in this venture.
