The River Cree Resort & Casino Hotel Expansion comprises a 20-storey hotel tower and a four-storey conference centre, designed to significantly enhance the existing River Cree property. The development features a cast-in-place concrete structure with additional rooftop structural steel and is seamlessly integrated with the existing nine-storey hotel through a shared, redesigned lobby entrance.

The building envelope will showcase a distinctive architectural expression, incorporating gold and clear glazed aluminum curtain wall systems inspired by tipi openings, providing both cultural representation and visual identity. The tower will deliver expanded guest accommodations and state-of-the-art conference facilities, serving as a cornerstone for enhanced hospitality offerings at the resort.
